Moving into own room

We went away for 2 nights in a hotel and it was the best nights sleep LO has had. Slept until 4:30 bottle then back to sleep until 8am. Two things that supported this I believe where she didn't have 2 dogs disturbing her as they sleep in bedroom with us and she had loads of room in travel cot. We got home yesterday and last night's sleep was awful. LO has no room in the next to me now. Her hands just hit the sides, if she wiggles to much she just ends up pinned against the side. LO cried during night which she never normally does she had a 2.5 hour wake window in middle of night. We don't have the room to put her crib in room with us. Has anyone else moved LO into there own room yet? I know it's 6 month as a rule LO is nearly 5 months now.

Yes I moved mine when he was 4 months old and he's so happy

I tried last night but he just wanted to get in my bed 🙃 I swear the sleep regression has re started

We are moving ours into his own room in the next couple weeks. Just moving my almost 2 year old out of the nursery into a new room. I believe my husbands 4:30 alarm is our problem 😅🫠

We moved ours into her own room at 4 months and she now sleeps for 12 hours at a time! Just make sure to have a monitor on them with the volume up ☺️

We moved our little boy (4 1/2 months old) into his own room two nights ago. Both nights he slept from 7-7. I think we were disturbing him getting into bed and my husbands alarm in the morning. We have a monitor on him all night with the volume up. Perhaps trial one night and see how you feel?

Thanks ladies think I will give it a go tonight. I have a good monitor I will have on her x

Moved my baby into big crib and her own room at 2months (adjusted). She sleeps through, I sleep better. It’s right next door, and I have a monitor. I also think if you leave it later it’s hard because they are older and more aware of the move.

Edward went into his cot at 5 weeks that’s in his room and I stayed in the spare bed that’s in his room till 10 weeks. After 10 weeks I stayed back in my bed (thank the lord because my back needed it 🤣) and that was the first night he slept through. No more night feeds and sleeps from around 9-7:30. We also have 2 dogs that stay in our room. I also think me and my partner were snoring and waking him up 🤣
