Changing test size

Hi, my baby uses mam bottles with test size 2. She’s starting to fuss with her bottles and I’m trying size 3 but can’t figure out if it’s the right step. Question: how long did it take for baby to adjust to the next size up? Did they have to adjust or did it take time? TIA X

Same!!! But the size 3 is so much faster than the 2 it’s ridiculous. I also tried the x teat as the baby is meant to be able to control the speed but my little one still struggled with how quick it was

How old is baby? I’ve just changed to size 3 and it took about a week for him to be able to handle the flow. I pace fed him so I gave him a little, took it out his mouth, gave him a little more, took it out again etc etc and burped 3-4 times during the feed. He’s adjusted now so I don’t have to take the bottle out of his mouth and only stop the feed once or twice to burp x
