PROGRESSION ACCOMPANIED W/ REGRESSION?

I feel like every time there’s a positive leap in LO development it’s accompanied by bad ones. She’s babbling constantly, sucking on her fingers, and grabbing things but she’s also not sleeping for long periods day naps are like 30 minutes on and off and at night they are every 3 hours when I think by now she should be sleeping through the night. She also doesn’t want to be put down when she never used to have a problem with this. I feel like she just needs extra lovins. Does anyone I think this could be the infamous 4 month sleep regression? Even though she’s only 3.5 months now.

My baby is doing the exact same thing. He just turned 3 months today. Makes me worried about the 4 month regression. How much worse can it get?

Awww . I definitely feel like my baby has been extra needy during developmental leaps . Not wanting to be put down is definitely something I’m dealing with . Also awful meltdowns when overtired. I just started with Taking Cara Babies this week and it’s been very educational as far as sleep and how it changes for them at 3-4 months developmentally . They’re changing from newborn sleep to cycles like we as adults have but it’s a skill they have to adapt to . ❤️❤️❤️ so maybe the infamous regression starting early?
