How many months PP were you when your supply started to significantly drop?
7.5m PP my supply dropped when I was sick (diarrhea) for a few days and didn't really come back. 9m PP next week and it's at its lowest. Total of 20oz pumped today. Last several weeks I was able to get 30oz a day. I've just come to the conclusion that it is what it is. I started mixing in formula with breast milk for 2 weeks now and she's taken to that fine. I only mix on my days off so when I'm at work 3/4 days a week she can have just breast milk.

And do you recommend a certain one?
@Madison I use Kendamil Organic Infant Formula. It's harder to find because it's European but I've gotten it at target twice so far. Their instructions are 1 scoop per 1oz of water. She generally takes 7oz at a feeding so I'll mix up 2-3oz of formula in an 8oz bottles that at the 4-5oz of breast milk and warm in the bottle warmer. She's taken to it very well. The closer I get to where I think I'll be completely losing my milk supply is when she'll be gradually switched to full formula.
