Swaddle
Anyone not swaddling their newborn? I’m trying to figure out why she sleeps in her bassinet during the day but not at night and I’m wondering if hating the swaddle is common?

he doesn’t seem to love the swaddle but sleeps longer when he’s swaddled
My son likes half swaddle the bottom half swaddle up with his legs bent up on the swaddle but his arms out free
my daughter is the same, but she loves to be able to spread her arms and legs at night
My daughter hated the swaddle from day one. In her ultrasound photos she always had her hands up on her face and she still wants to have them up by her face lol
She HATES to be swaddled, but gets her best sleep when she is soooo 🤷🏾♀️ Sometimes during the day I get her snug w/arms up. The swaddle wraps with velcro (I hate) but save my sanity at night.

Omg! My daughter does the same thing, she won’t sleep for long in the day but at least she does for short while. Not at all at night. I sometimes swaddle her but I found she likes her little arms up so I don’t always.
