Stopped breastfeeding and period hasn’t come
I’ve been breastfeeding for very nearly 2 years and I’ve gradually dropped feeds over the past year. I conpletely stopped breastfeeding 2 weeks ago. My periods have been very regular since about 3/4 months after giving birth so for me to miss one is very unusual. I’ve taken a load of pregnancy tests and they’ve all been negative. Is this normal because of hormones changing?

@Stephanie I’ve had regular periods for more than 18 months whilst breastfeeding and now I’ve dropped the before bed feed its not come this month. Did yours come back and then go when you stopped breastfeeding?
No, I didn't have a single period from the time I got pregnant until the 13 months post partum 😅 Could you possibly be pregnant?
@Stephanie I’ve done a load of pregnancy tests, all negative 😞 I’m going to put it down to a change in hormones and hopefully it’ll be back to normal soon

Totally normal. I stopped at 11 months (finishes out the first year within frozen) and didn't get my first period for 2 more months
