Ideas on how to introduce TV and screens

So far our little one hasn't watched TV (more a fact that we have family around to help me out so I've not needed to put our little one in front of TV yet - this is not a more holy than you post!) However, there are screens everywhere in the world. We went to Costa and she couldn't take her eyes off the drinks advertising screens. I was wondering if anyone has read anything or have any suggestions to how to carefully introduce screens. I don't feel I currently need to use them at home day to day but it's more to not make it something that's banned or bad. I want my little one to know they exist, get to see some screens, while not having them take over or become an obsession. Any ideas, suggestions, recommendations or articles etc to read are appreciated ☺️ Thank you x

We sometimes have the TV on in the background whilst she's playing and she sees it but doesn't really show any interest, even when I've put something on for her before..seems she'd rather play which is good. Not sure if you have TV on when she's around?

So far we don't have the TV on when our little one is around. But today we went to a house with Alexa enabled screens and it's all she could watch as new pics/adverts came up on the screens. Found them totally distracting which is why I think having not seen one for 6 months I need a plan on how to best introduce screens so they don't become an obsession! I'm worried by not seeing them they've become super interesting.

My little boys main screen time is facetiming family which works well for us he loves a phone but the main thing he wants to do with it is look at himself and chew on it like everything else 😂
