The nipple flow is probably too slow. What brand bottles are you using?
@Blanca well what’s weird is she usually only does it in the beginning of her fed, and then stops after an ounce or so. It’s so weird, I don’t get why she never did it up until this week.
Mine does it, she had a tongue tie. Still does after treatment
Try upping her flow. That’s her breaking her latch and could be for a number of reasons.
Wait have you already tried this? You said different sizes but unsure if you mean flow…

I breast feed and sometimes it happens to us. It’s all about her latch, but again it comes and goes and doesn’t cause any type of issue for her.
@Sophie yes we went from the dr browns 1 to 2 flow and she still does it. The size 3 is supposedly for 3-6 months so idk if that’ll be too much for her
@Madeline I use dr browns and we went from the size 1 to 2 and she still does it.
Our first did it cuz she has a tie and she would do it mostly at the beginning too. As she got older I guess she got more efficient and it no longer clicked but for her it was only when nursing, never with a bottle. If the nipple is flat after feeding it can also indicte a tie so you can try to check it out! Not to mention fussiness cuz they have a lot of extra gas Our second will sometimes click but I noticed it's when he's swallowing and it's not quite the same sound as our first so I'm pretty confident his us just "glug glug glug" lol
Yes , my son does it but because he has a tongue tie 🥺 I’m not sure if that might be your babies case
