Obnoxious in-laws

So I will be 36 weeks tomorrow with my second baby. He’s due the day after his sister turns 2. When I first had her I got diagnosed with gestational hypertension at the end of my pregnancy and had to be induced @40 weeks. Well I was told that we could schedule for me to be induced with my son after 38 weeks so that I can be home with both my babies for Christmas. He’s due 12/22/24 but my in laws have been saying that I’m being greedy and need to let him come when he wants and that they will throw my daughters birthday for her and make sure that she has a great Christmas without us if we are in the hospital cause they don’t want me to be induced. I just I don’t want to miss anything with either of my kids and I don’t want to do anything to hurt either of them. Am I being greedy for wanting to be induced so I can be home for the special moments?
