Ectopic?
I’m having stabbing pains on and off for a couple of days in my lower right hand side. I wasn’t too concerned at first as weren’t too frequent but now I’m getting them more. I also have a few (but way less) pains in my left side.
Has anybody else had this? Not sure if I’m just being an over thinker but worried it’s ectopic as I don’t know what else the pains could be? I’m 6+3 today.

Is it really painful to the point you need pain killers to help? And have you had any spotting alongside the cramps?
I had alot of left hand side and iv seen baby and heartbeat at early scan but also have a medium sized cyst on the left ovary xx
I had the exact same, pain both sides but a lot worse on the right and everything ended up fine for me! (Possible cyst tho so get checked anyway)
@Emily thank you - didn’t even consider a cyst so it’s put my mind at rest a bit :)
@Anonymous Member no it’s not severe pain at all just very noticeable but I can hold a conversation throughout. I had very light spotting around a week ago but went away quickly

Worth getting checked, I had right sided pain and was checked for ectopic and it was a cyst. Can be normal to have different pains and you’re always so aware of every twinge in early pregnancy but it’s something to get checked.
