Anyone dropped to one nap yet?
Baby refused his afternoon nap yesterday but we had a great night, was difficult to put down again so decided to push through and do earlier bedtime and will see what happens with his night sleep tonight.

@Jessica interesting! How long is the lunchtime nap? My LO usually does 1.5-2hrs, not sure if that’s enough for him x
@Sarah today was just over 1.5 hours put her down about 11.30. But she’s never really liked napping 😅
My little one actually went from 2 naps back to 3 after she got unwell one weekend, she can't last with 1 nap though because her naps last 30mins 🥲

Yes think we’re down to 1 nap, my little one is nearly one and very rarely will she have an afternoon nap now, but she sleeps so much better with 1 nap!
