Constipation pains
Ohh my word this is my second pregnancy, and this wasn’t something I suffered last time. These are pains that stop me in my tracks, and when I finally poop they are the world’s smallest pebbles. Anyone else in the same boat?

I had this a few weeks ago and i took 2 cap fulls of lactulose and 1 sache of laxitive the doctor prescribed me and and ive been grand ever since! X
Sadly couple of hours later and my problem is the other way around.

I've had this is both pregnancies, it's kinda calmed down now I'm 17 weeks but you have to try and stay hydrated and eat plenty of fiber! And grab some lactolose from the pharmacy that will help loosen stools too I just suffered through but those things are there to help xx
