Thats a subcostal recession. It’s a sign your LO is having to work a little harder to breathe. Other signs would be a similar pull and recession in the neck, rapid breathing rate (dependant on age), nasal flaring or grunting. If you have any of those I would take LO to be seen by GP or if out of hours ED.
Does she have a cough? She could have croup, as that can make it harder to breath
Check her neck, if the base of her neck when she breathes in is super exaggerated and is concave when she breathes might mean she is struggling to breathe. Based on the video alone it doesn't look like she's breathing under her ribs just looks like she's taking deep breaths but mama no best so if ur worried always just take them to gwt check better safe then sorry x
