I don't understand ...

I think it’s hard to make real friends online but not impossible. Ppl more likely (most) come to vent to ppl going through similar things than genuinely make a long lasting connection that they will meet in person or even off this app. If you are looking for that I hope you find it though. That’s just been my experience with online support groups and spaces. Ppl are comfortable because it’s ppl they aren’t super close to that’s maybe part of the point

Honestly I've been on this app for awhile and have never met any people. Honestly it's hard as a mom even talking to other moms because what do you even ask. I feel like I'm just a mom and kinda boring. I don't have hobbies like what do you talk about lol

All the ppl who message me on this app are often trying to sell me something, so I stop responding. I just respond to or create posts.

I had a hard time making friends with women in the first place even before being a mom. Idk why I thought after having a kid that, that was going to make a difference…. I think maybe I’m just trying to do better for my kid to be less antisocial. But it’s hard as balls out here asking grown ass adults to be my friend!

Thats my mistake then for thinking an app created to meet other Moms was going to help me do just that. Making friends isn't hard, people carve out and make time for the people they want. Not expecting to meet my new BFF on here but hopeful of a chat friend...

@Carin love those shows. Lorelei and Rory relationship is the kind I want for me and my daughter so open. I was totes sad about Matthew Perry haven't been able to watch Friends since he passed. But I used to watch it.....a conversation doesn't have to always be deep to connect with people. .
