Would you help me leaving a bad review for this hotel?

We had a very bad experience in this place. What we booked was not what we got and when we asked them for a room with what was advertised, they asked us to pay for a more expensive room or check out.

@Nichelle and you would start looking for hotels with a hungry baby in arms, in an area with fully booked hotels? And you won't find anything available on that short notice (?!) With that understanding of consumer rights and customer service, you should work for them.

The logical thing to do would be to feed my baby and look up other accommodations while doing so. I doubt everything was booked even Airbnb’s? If that were the case I’d just pay more for the other room they offered. 🤷🏾‍♀️

@Nichelle that goes against fair trading standards. It is prohibited to do that. I doubt you have ever booked a hotel, you would be more aware of what is the minimum you should expect.
