Ankles :(

☝🏽 I thought it was because of how much I walk at work because I thought 17 weeks was too early for these problems but my feet and especially my ankles have been hurting extremely bad this week. I’ve been sitting on the couch all day today and they’re still hurting 😭

@Kat hmmm.. I hear that about working. Yes it hurts. Even right now, wile relaxing, it is bothering me. It's usually the left foot/ankle, but now it's on the right side tonight 😭

But with twins.... I never experienced this kinda pain ! My first time twin pregnancy.

Mine is mainly the left too!

My hips and low back at night but my ankles every morning for the first few hundred steps I take. It’s awful

My feet/ankles hurt so badly!! I’m also 17 weeks, sometimes I think it’s because I need to just be in comfy sneakers 24/7!! I’m thinking about investing in slippers🤔

@Danielle yeah night times suck for me he actually rubbed my ankles this morning unexpectedly... !

@Victoria I hate hip pain and. I swear I get contractions in my back already.
