I tore. That could be it. It’s also just a lot of pressure when you sit. Try a donut pillow and some numbing spray
@Rachael I got rip a little but
@Charlotte I just tore a little bit
That could definitely be it then. I ripped up to my.. yeah. Then I also ripped down, luckily not all the way! The donut pillow was a godsend. I also wore period panties with tucks and it helped. I wished I had the numbing spray but I didn’t. I did get ibuprofen and so I took that when I felt I needed it.
I say period panties because they are more comfortable to wear and can be washed and reused. They also hold more blood and keep the smell of the blood to a minimum unlike pads and underwear. 🙂
@Charlotte oh ok thank you
@Charlotte I am not bleeding anymore but why would it be hurt now
It still takes time for your body to heal. The blood is from your uterus shrinking. That’s why they push on your belly and then check your bleeding when you’re in the hospital. You can still feel pain from everything else healing. That’s why you wait and at 6 weeks they check to see if everything healed or if your body needs longer to do that. But if it gets really bad you can always go to the hospital and have them take a look and see if something more is going on. 🙂
@Charlotte oh ok thank you
You’re welcome
Did you tear when you gave birth? I had a second degree tear and feel that. I am also 4 weeks PP, I have a donut seat which has helped a lot with my tear and hemorrhoids. If it doesn’t get better I’d definitely contact your doctor Monday!
