@Lala thank you for replying! Im the type to google everything (I know) and then the paranoia spiralled. The cramping is exhausting haha just thought the absolute worst. Thanks again x
Hey! I felt exactly like this, I was even questioning if I was sick as well as pregnant but nope just pregnant. Remember your body is doing incredible things it takes it out of you mentally and physically. I thought it was Covid at one point. You’re growing a little human in there. You got this 🥰
Both me and my sister had the same early on in our pregnancies . You will feel better soon xx
Ahhh I’m so glad to hear nothing bad is happening… thanks girlies you’ve helped my soul rest haha! Have an early scan on 2nd so that’ll ease the paranoia. Xx
Totally normal symptoms in a first trimester
As someone who went *through it* in first trimester, yes, I can say this is absolutely a standard experience. Particularly for first pregnancies, where your body is doing something it’s never done before. It may help to remember that your immune system lowers during pregnancy to avoid attacking the embryo/fetus, which can leave you susceptible to all sorts. I’m sorry you’re feeling so crappy! I now have a very happy and healthy 3 month old, but remember how tough those first months in particular are
