So, if you have an appetite, eat what you want/what you can stomach. There’s a lot of myths when it comes to eating certain things while pregnant. Everything in moderation of course! No raw meat though. Enjoy your deli sandwiches and sushi and medium rare steak. I’m a first time mom but I’ve had multiple losses. Take a prenatal vitamin and drink plenty of fluids. Gatorade, water etc. Rest, rest and more rest. You can sleep how you want until you’re a bit further along. Try not to stress.

Thank you so much! Sleeping positions have been a huge stressor because I don’t want to reduce the blood flow. I’m so sorry to hear about your losses I know that’s hard o give my condolences

I need sleep pills to help me sleep too. I’ve always taken the diphenhydramine pills (the active ingredient in Benadryl) and during my first pregnancy my dr said it was safe to continue it. I took it every night and there was no problems with my daughter

I would love to take some sleeping pills, but with my insomnia I need 600mg and my doctor said that it’s too much and my baby would be at risk. I have a lot of health conditions that can interfere so she said I can’t take any of my normal medications and let me tell you the withdrawals I’m having are insane right now
