First time took about 4 months. But the second time I'm 11 months pp and still have a slight belly especially when I've eaten and drunk through the day. It's pp belly along with bloating 🤣
I was weightlifting and I still had it. I started doing platies and building up my core again. Now my pouch is disappearing even though I weigh the same. Your core muscles are trashed after carrying a baby.
I don't even have energy for any excercise, I'm just trying to avoid mirror as much as possible 🤣
I'm 4 months pp and look about 3 months pregnant still
