It could just be Braxton hicks. Do you have a nurses line you can phone? Most insurers or practitioners will provide one that’s like a 24 hr thing. Nurse on the phone could ease some worry and let you know exactly when/ if you need to go in if things continue
I had something similar happen last week at 27 weeks. I tried moving around, stretching, eating, drinking water, using the bathroom but the cramps didn’t stop. I called my on call number for my doctors office and they weren’t worried but had me go into l&d to be put on the monitors for about 30 minutes just in case. Everything was fine with baby and no signs of contractions so they said it was most likely round ligament pain. I had never felt it like that before and so constantly over the course of hours. It was like a twisting period cramping pain near my right hip. It was constant, a few sharp twinges every few minutes. I’m carrying very low and they said it’s probably the weight of my growing belly putting more pressure on my pelvis, since I was more active that day my pelvis was feeling more strained. They recommended getting a belly band which definitely helps and told me I could use a heating pad on low and take Tylenol. The low heat helped me sleep that night.
Likely Braxton hicks which are like practice contractions. You need to lay down prop your feet up and hydrate. If they continue after resting for thirty minutes to an hour and hydrating call your provider
