Breastfeeding and pumping
For those of you who breastfeed and pump. What schedule do you follow? Right now I’m exclusively pumping and do it every 4 hours. I want to try to get her to latch for a few sessions too. So how would I do that

I breastfeed all day and then give him a formula bottle for bed; that way I pump when he’s down and store it in the freezer
I breastfeed all day on demand and pump before bed. She does about a 4 hr stretch of sleep at night so i want to make sure I'm empty so i can sleep comfortably. She wakes about 1 am so i breastfeed her and pump one more time since my husband gives her a bottle for the next feed i dont want to be full if i will be skipping a feeding (about a 3 hr stretch)
