Has anyone heard about Leicester general moving your elective c section date? I’ve been told LRI don’t do that so they are better for c sections and the general is notorious for moving your dates around

I thought I was going into labor last night/this AM but my contractions stopped this morning 😩

I am at 39 weeks currently and have an induction scheduled for 8th October. I am FTM, how bad is the whole process ? Also after the induction after how long do you get into labour?

Hey, I’m 38+4, I lost my mucus plug today in the bath, how long was it between losing your mucus plug and labour? I’m so ready for baby boy to be out now😂 the pressure feels like I’m always gonna poop, or I’ve got a really tight belt on!

Last night I was having some pretty intense BH contractions and just now my mucus plug came out. I know it could be days or weeks before baby gets here. Curious how long after your mucus plug came out did you go into labor? I’m so excited! I’ve been checking every time I go to the bathroom if it’s there!

Has anyone’s waters broke early and had caught the infection or have had markers of infection and if so did they go up pretty quickly?

What’s the most effective ways to get labour going naturally? What are we all doing to get these October babies moving 😂

What's everyone's experiences at these appointments? Good, bad? Are you offered a sweep or anything similar? I'm so ready to meet baby now! Anyone else? And I know it's TMI but anyone else experienced hemorrhoids?

Anyone else have a breech baby at 30 weeks? Had a 30 week growth scan and little lady is still sitting frank breech 🥴 i know she has until 36 weeks to flip but it’s still just like almost discouraging since she was sitting the same way at 20 weeks as she was this morning at 30 weeks.

36wks & 6d and I am 98% positive I lost my mucus plug this morning. It was about 1.5-2 tbsp of a clear jelly like discharge. Should I call my dr and let him know? I was having period like cramping on and off all day yesterday as well. Is labor near?

Its my due date tomorrow and i have had literally no signs of labor, i havent lost my mucus plug or had the show. I have a midwife appointment on Friday for my stretch and sweep, really hope he comes soon! I am so uncomfortable!!

How long after a membrane sweep did you go into labor? Currently 40 weeks and just got one done now just waiting to see if it works or not

Just after some advice, I see a lot about getting/being offered Induction early if you have GD, are you ever offered a C Section early? Does anyone have any experience of this or know if it's an option? Thanks in advance x

I’ve just called my drs to book in my 6 week check up for myself and baby to be told it’s 8 weeks and they don’t have anything till start of December ??? I’m trying to get back to some sort of normal and start of December takes me to 12 weeks, anyone else had same kind of issue ? X
