I tried this induction exercise at 4:30pm 8:35 my water broke 10pm I checked into to the hospital 1:42am I had my first noticeable contraction (4cm dilated at the time) 2:22am I got my epidural because I was 7cm dilated and in soo much pain 4:52 was when I pushed for the first time 5:10 he was born!!!

So contractions started at 8:00am October 1st. Went in to L&D at 37 Weeks 5 days, after tracking contractions at home and them being 5 minutes apart and lasting 1min.
