Maybe teething? Has anyone experienced the same symptoms?

I think my 4 month old is teething but I am not 100 % sure and wanted some opinions … his mood switched yesterday like never before. Very whingey, clingy, wouldn’t sleep in his bed from 1am onwards. He has been sucking on all fingers for about a week now and both his cheeks are red and warm (no temperature though, i...

Kit & Kin Blow-outs 💩

We’re getting a blow out every day with my 4 week old at the minute. She’s in Kit & Kin first size which is correct for her size (3.2kg) so wouldn’t think sizing is the issue. Any tips to reduce this??

Potty training...

Hello everyone, I've just joined this group as I've been told by my heath visitor and other professionals my son has a development delay (he's 3 years 3 months) we sort of knew all along but we're hoping he'd catch up as he was also slightly premature at 34 weeks so have kind of always thought it was that. Only now ...

Sudden refusal of potty

I've followed EC since my LO was about 8months and she was doing a lot of her business on the potty.... Until she got about 1yo and overnight she started refusing to sit on the potty. She's 14m now and it's just so frustrating. It's like we've never done the EC. Any advice?

In a lot of discomfort with teething

Is anyone else LO in a lot of discomfort with teething? It's been happening for the past few weeks... refusing bottles or eating little amounts and in pain so cries or wines. I'm constantly giving him pain relief from Calpol, Nurophen, powder and abesol. He gets some rest bite but is restless a lot of the time. Not...

Won't poo on potty?

Anyone in the same boat? Been potty trained for over 6 months but still poos in pants every day. We have occasional poos on potty (usually in the evenings when he is naked) but even not really any progress. He cries when we talk about it and says he doesn't want to poo in potty/toilet and just runs off and hides to ...

Here’s your signal to sit your baby on the potty!

Now? Yes, now! We had our first baby back in January. In May, we were slightly ceremonially given a potty by the three year old across the road with the statement ‘potties are for babies, not big boys like me’. Sat our 4mo baby on it that day, just to see what would happen and voila. Wee straight away. Sat her on...

Potty training

I started potty training my almost 27 month old yesterday and she did really well. I took her nappy off and put some leggins on. She knows when she’s had an accident but isn’t able to tell me when she needs to go yet. She doesn’t like the potty and prefers the toilet. I take her to the toilet regularly. So yesterd...

Teething and eating

So my daughter normally eats cereal mixed with a fruit puree for breakfast every morning. Past 2 days she wakes up fine and ready but won’t eat unless it’s a bottle. Her top gums are super swollen so I know she’s teething but I’m worried. Normal? When her bottom teeth were coming in she was still eating as normal.

Nappy issues

I am seeing LOTS of posts at the minute about troubles with nurseries and changing nappies. They’re all usually from parents of 2 and a half year olds and up… If it’s a problem and it’s causing distress, potty train them!! Not trying to victim blame at all, but they are big enough to be trained so get it done a...
