Stroller Time Limits - Nanny

How long would you limit your 6-month baby to a stroller ride / carseat in stroller? My nanny took my son on a 3-hour walk today. She said they got out once for a bottle but that seems entirely too long and it’s warm here. I’m debating what to limit it too and will have to let her go if she won’t adjust it.

Am I bad mum? I feel awful.

My 2 year old fell down our stairs today (top to bottom) and got off lightly with just a cut in her lip. I called 111 just to be sure as I was panicking due to the height and her age, but she has no injuries, not bumps, cuts a bruises and is totally normal within herself. 111 advised to go to a&e anyway to be checke...

Nursery

My son currently does one a week at nursery and has since September. He does one other day with my mum. The nursery are trying to get us to do another day but I really don’t want too. They say it will help him as sometimes he has a bit of a cry when he is there (he is happy on the whole). I love our days together an...

Time for myself

So my partner goes to the gym Monday to Thursday from work and doesn't get back until it's bed time for our girls. I work Friday evening Saturday and Sunday and have the girls 24/7 apart from few hours one day a week. I've been voicing how I'd like to get back into the gym to which he says you can go when I get home...

Relationship advice

So we are 3 months into our second daughter (our first one being 2). This time round it's hit us hard, we've both struggled adapting to multiples. However we've been getting more and more frustrated with one another the past couple of weeks. He has his own business and is super busy all the time. Which means I take...

Keeping baby entertained

How are you keeping your babies entertained during the day? Especially when it’s not great weather. I can’t spend all day at a shopping centre surely? For context, she has just turned 6 months, and now hates everything we do, cries 2 minutes into all activities, and please no suggestions of “sing songs, read books” ...

Looking for moral support and honest views!

I'm still breastfeeding my little girl to sleep, and once or twice throughout the night as well as ad hoc on request when she needs it in the day. I also work 4 days a week, so it's a lot. I realise she no longer needs it necessarily, she goes all day at nursery without, I just honestly don't know how to stop and sh...

How many meals is your baby having?

I’ve been doing breakfast and dinner for about a month now but my baby seems to be getting soooo hungry and will start screaming at tea time for her food. I feel like I might need to give her a third meal at lunchtime. We’ve also dropped a feed and went to feeding every 3/4 hours from every 2/3, she is breastfed.
