I’m looking at introducing lunch to my little one soon. I’m absolutely awful with eating throughout the day. What is everyone giving there little ones?

So my little one is 9 months old started to do really well with eating. But the last few weeks is just refusing to eat food, won’t let me spoon feed but he never has, so we do BLW. He will put food to mouth but not always in his mouth and then when he does he just won’t swallow it. Help!

My boy just turned 7 months and I’m so scared to start him on full solids we’ve been doing purées and oatmeal’s since he was around 5 months but when it comes to giving him full foods I panick and shred it up to super small pieces any recommendations on where to start example pics of what he “should” be eating
