Constipated?

My 10 month old normally does a poo a day (sometimes 2) he hasn’t done a poo for 4 days now and I’m getting really worried. I’m not sure what to do, he’s having the same food, same water, same milk intake but nothing. Is there anything I can do to help him?

8 week jabs

I feel awful - have had so much going on personally with family and completely forgot that it was my son’s 8 week jab appointment this morning. I’ve rebooked but the next one available is in 5 weeks time, he’ll be 13 weeks then. The GP has reassured me that it’s fine for him to have them done then but I feel so guil...

It’s been rough today

Out of the blue our 3 month old starts screaming (like screeching, red face, drooling) when my husband tried to change his diaper. He was inconsolable for a couple of hours, I feel anxious just thinking about it now. I had to swaddle and rock him for a couple of hours to soothe him. We gave him gas drops and even Ty...

this second baby won’t let me drink water at any pace (slow, fast, like a cat, etc) without gagging and wanting to throw up. open to small packets that I can add or full drinks to buy. hopefully doesn’t break the bank 😂 I just have no idea cause nothing sounds good. help!

Gaviscon

So 🤦🏼‍♀️ we were on anti reflux milk for two weeks, baby boy seemed more settled, spitting up less on the most part, started pooping once a day but still unsettled sometimes. GP prescribed gaviscon and said stop the anti reflux milk. Well it's been nearly 48 hours of hell 😭 back to screaming all the time, stomach…

Help!!

When are you letting visitors to come see your newborn ? I wanted to wait 2 months until vaccines but I’m not sure 🤔. My mom said family will get mad at me, but I don’t care! Like I want to wait 2 months but baby was born full term too and healthy. I was thinking possibly if I let them, letting family wear masks…

Banana poop

Hey! So my baby girl is 7.5 months, we’ve been weaning since she was 6 months but have only offered vegetables, toast, egg etc (no fruit). I gave her some banana today and she ate a little bit of it. In her nappy this evening she’s had small balls in her poop (pea sized) which are a weird colour but if you squeeze...

Pepti 1

My little girl has suspected CMPA so has been prescribed Pepti 1. She’s been on it 4 weeks now. I’m at my whits end with the constant spit up because it’s so thin 😭 I feel like I don’t get time to bond and play with my daughter as I can’t lay her down or play as it gets very messy with the spit up 😂 Don’t even…

Baby anal fissure ? Red mucus in nappy

Some nappies of my newborn had red mucus, not a lot. Took him to GP, they said he has anal fissure from too much bowel movements. And that I breastfeed him toooften (every 2 hours mostly, on demand). GP said to feed him every 3 to give time for the fissure to heal. Anyone had experience with such nappies before? An...

What are peoples babies poo like?

Seeing a lot of people saying their babies poos are really runny and they’re worrying. My little girl is 6 weeks today and all of her poos are super runny? They always have been just pure liquid and bubbly when they come out (I think from trapped gas)… are they not meant to be like that? I just thought because they ...
