My son turned two the other day and the last couple weeks I’ve noticed he started flapping his arms and hands sometimes and it’ll be randomly sometimes when he gets excited or like really agitated. I noticed because my nephew is autistic and that’s stimming thing he does as well as walk on tip toes which I’ve notic...
At 20 months old exactly, my clever bendy boy took his first steps with a walker at nursery! He’s done it a couple of times at home now too. Cried my eyes out with pride! 🥹 I couldn’t be any prouder than if he’d done it at 9 months. We are worried that he might have a certain type of hypermobility (hEDS) that can…
My little one is 7months and she sometimes likes scratching some objects
My girl is saying quite a few words now but not mumma!? She knows what it means. How can I help her start to call me it? Does anyone know why
I'm worried my 21 month old is falling behind on his speech. How many words can your 21 month old say?
Hi, Is anyone else finding that their babies are being really difficult at the minute? Sometimes she’s so angry I worry this is what she will always be like. We have a tantrum for not wanting to go in the bath, being a nightmare for nappy changes, not wanting to sit in high chair etc? She’s started nursery the last...
Anyone else little ones really stroppy and having tantrums yet? My little girl is the happiest and sweetest thing, but she ain’t half got a temper!! How do I deal with tantrums so young? It’s mainly when she is tried or hungry but what’s the best way to approach?
Recently I’ve been in such disbelief to see my baby is not a baby anymore! She’s a big kid ! Fully potty trained, speaking fluently, completely aware of her surroundings, and able to do everything on her own, moving up to size 4t. Like WTH !
Is anyone else's kiddo obsessed with light fixtures or is my son just a bit weird? 😂 He's 11 weeks old but he's liked them for a while now. The lights aren't usually on as he stares at them in the day and we use a standing lamp in the evenings. His absolute favourite is the living room light shade which he…
We have noticed delays and "errors" in our sons behavior and development since around age 1. I believe he was 15 months when he started to walk. Then we noticed he wasn't focusing on things correctly when walking, running playing... he was bumping into things, missing stairs, etc. So we took him to eye doc.. strabis...
Are your babies letting you go to the grocery store? Mine does ok sometimes, but other times I just end up walking out because he's crying. Today I went to target, I fed him in the car before we went in and wore him in the baby carrier but had to take the baby carrier off because he wanted to be held in my arms 😅…
My son just recently started doing this and idk if I should be worried about it or if he’s just trying to do whatever he can to get our attention asap. He says other things too like almost rotates the things he cries out
Is this normal? I noticed recently that my baby started to hit her head and face when she’s sleepy and feeding.
My son is 2 in March but doesn’t really talk. He’ll say mumbles of mama and the odd mumble of a word here and there but he is not talking. He understands a lot and dose a lot (independently) though and communicates with pointing whilst saying “humm, humm” or sometimes gives me his book with pictures of different thi...
So maxi finally got seen by speech and language today! Was told definitely speech delay and issues with certain sounds, but understanding good, conversation/social communication also delayed there’s also some kind of processing issue as it took him much longer to identify some of the things than it should, but when ...
I'll go first... When he doesn't want to go to sleep, he will blow raspberries on my arm, stomach, or chest. Depending on what area has skin exposed. He'll even do it when nursing if he is done but not really wanting to unlatch. I try not to laugh, but sometimes it tickles, which then makes him laugh and do it more
Such a proud moment my little man has decided to walk supported, anyone else’s little one doing this? Is it a sign he be walking soon or need a walker?
How tall are your little ones? Mine hasn’t grown in 3 months! Is this something to worry about? He is still 90.5 cm.🙃
Hi, My little one fell off the bed today whilst we were playing, she seems absolutely fine and was giggling again once she calmed down but I am just riddled with guilt. I can’t stop hearing her drop on the floor and the cry afterwards, I am having a really hard time forgiving myself for ‘letting it happen’ anyone e...
Are they saying 2 word sentences yet? Like saying "up mama" or "blue car". (Things they learned as one phrase like "all done" counts as one word)
