Horrible picture because my son won't hold still but his second toe on each foot is raised above the others when he's in a resting position and not standing or anything. Is anyone else's babies feet like this?

My baby is so advanced with movement (she’s walking 2 steps unaided at 8.5 months) but she doesn’t say anything other than baba maybe 2/3 times a day and that’s to herself. Is anyone else’s baby talking? Is the early walker late talker saying true?
