45 min feeds!?

I have a 8 day old newborn and was wondering if its normal she feeds for 45 mins, sometimes even an hour at a time? My milk has come in and it's very leaky so I don't think it's a supply issue. When do babies get more effective and quicker at feeding? Feel like by the time she finishes, I burp her, she's ready for a...

Breastfeeding regression?

Hi all! My baby boy is 4 weeks old today. Luckily we’ve had a pretty good breastfeeding journey so far, he had latched properly and was gaining weight as expected. Over the past couple of days he’s been struggling to latch, pulling himself away from the nipple, putting his hands in front of his mouth and sucking on ...

Dummy guilt

I’m EBF and know that dummies can interfere with this and baby’s suckle ability but she gets so frustrated of an evening it’s the only way to calm her down. She’s 3 and a half weeks and everything I read says we should wait at least 6 to use a dummy and that mums who use a dummy end up giving up breastfeeding Ca...

Colostrum production?

I'm drinking raspberry tea but other than that? My nipples are inverted so any tips to help with that would be lovely as w...

My baby will be 6 months next weeks. Since last 3 weeks she is being fussy while feeding over both boobs. Uneven breasts

So I’ve been breastfeeding for 9 months now and I have uneven boobs that are noticeable. My girl had torticollis which has been treated now but it meant that feeding was uncomfortable on the right side for her. So therefore I fed her more on the left. As a result the right side hardly produces any milk and is much s...
