Milk for mixing in food

Hey, would it be okay to use blue whole milk or oat milk to make babies (7 months) porridge or Weetabix because he's EBF and anything I pump is needed for days with her daddy. Should I just avoid giving them until after 1 when whole milk is fine? I'd use water because that's what I use but read it wasn't good for th...

Introducing cows milk

Apologies, as this has probably been asked before! My LO is now one and has been EBF. He has had dairy in his diet since 7-8 months of age. I now want to offer him some milk with his afternoon snack. Do I just give him a little in his cup and see how he responds? We are still breastfeeding in the evening and mornin...

FROZEN BREASTMILK

I have litres upon litres of frozen breastmilk in my freezer. I’m still pumping and giving my baby fresh milk each feed so my stash is just constantly growing. I already ran out of room in my freezer at 2 months PP. Any suggestions on what I can do with some of it? Unfortunately I can’t donate. And I already have a...

Breastfeeding

I’m unsure if this is a common thing but ever since my baby was 3months (daughter is now 10 months) my right boob dosent produce as much milk as my left. I’ll put my daughter on my right boob as much as possible but it will not increase in supply. It’s so weird because my daughter drinks from both boobs evenly but ...

Breast Pumps

Hi ladies, I am looking for a good electric hands free breast pump. Any good recommendations you’re currently using or you’ve bought? I’ve looked at getting the Medela Freestyle hands free breast pump- is it all the hype as it is very expensive?

Clogged duct

So I have a clogged duct and it hurts so bad that I have a red mark on my boob around the area and a pounding headache. How do I get rid if it😭 I know some people say to use your husband but that is a last resort for me… he is squeamish and I don’t want him to throw up on me😂

Should I be worried?

I know it’s too early to tell but I was just curious. So my baby is almost 2 days old but I’m struggling to wake him him to breastfeed 😭 he loves sleeping but I also know it’s important for him to eat and regain his weight back. I try to wake him up at the 2/3 hour mark but I get nothing. I thought babies start…

Breastmilk reducing

I've always combi fed my little one. Usually pump once or twice a day (due to be alone during the daytime hours), my partner works during the day. So I'll pump once he gets home and before bed. Offering breast 2-3 hourly followed by 3 hourly formula feeds. Up until last month my LO has been using a nipple shield d...

Wanting to stop pumping - guilt

Hey mamas! Warning: long post lol if you read I appreciate you! So a little backstory - I’ve had supply issues from the beginning, at two weeks when he still wasn’t at his birth weight I was told I had to start supplementing with formula but I also bought a different pump and started pumping after nursing so every 2...

Natural fitness wear

I'm looking for recommendations for gymwear - especially supportive sports bra made from natural materials eg. Cotton, hemp, bamboo. I've been wearing bamboo undies for years, but want to slowly update activewear now that I'm regularly back at the gym. I don't want to wear plastic anymore! Thank you 🥰

Any tips?

I am trying to wean my 1 year old son away from my breast milk and directly from my breasts. I am trying to bottle feed him with my breast milk and giving him full fat cows milk but he doesn’t really like drinking the cows milk as much as the breast milk. I need to get him off my breasts as he has more teeth now and...

Pumping to build freezer stash

Hi Ladies, I'm going back to work in the next month or two, so I'm trying to build a freezer stash. I started pumping again 4 days ago. I had stopped when my baby was 6 weeks because I was drowning him, and I didn't feel I needed more than 4 freezer bags full at that point. Anyway, I've been pumping after every...
