Has anyone used liquid gold supplement to increase breast milk supply? If yes, does it work? And when did they see the results? Also did anyone experience any side effects? Thank you
So I've been told that for one drink, I'd have to pump then have my drink, then throw the next pumped milk away. How does it work when I want to have a weekend away with my hubby and have good nights where I get a little ratchet? 😅
How many oz of milk do you give your 2 month old when you have to leave a bottle. Mama is stepping out for a girls night tomorrow and leaving baby boy with my husband. He’s had maybe a total or 3-4 (3-3.5 oz) bottles since birth, sometimes he finished them and sometimes he didn’t. I’m never really sure how much milk...
Hey guys. First time mum here looking for a good wearable breast pump. With so many to choose from I wanted to hear if anyone has gotten on well with one and would recommend it please? Thank you!
I’ve never had a problem with my supply, but now baby girl is hungrier at night and needs to drink a bigger bottle than I can pump in order to try to sleep through the night. We’re going through my freezer stash faster than I can replace it so eventually we’ll run out. Pumping more isn’t doing much for me and I alre...
My son is 4 next week and I really need to get him off if it was his way he’d be on it for much longer, I notice it’s mostly comfort now but is there anything else I can try as comfort ? I’m really stuck on how to come off the booby milk
Hi - it wasn’t until I recently started shopping that I realised how many brands/types of breast pumps exist and now feel slightly overwhelmed😂😭 Does anyone have any recommendations?
My baby is 3 weeks old and has started taking 4oz per feed this week. I pump about 4oz in the morning and then the rest of the day I only get around 2/3oz so I feel like I can never catch up and have to also offer formula. Does this amount sound normal?
I’m currently 30 weeks and due in January! Don’t know when I should start pumping? Recommendations and advice please 🙏🏼
My 13 month old drinks water out of a straw sippy cup, but has her milk in a bottle still. What sippy cup do you recommend that she uses for her milk? I’ve noticed some sippy cups people have told me about that the flow is kind of slow. Any suggestions on a milk sippy cup that is has a good flow for milk?
My LO is 5 months but the last month or so I’ve noticed not feeling engorged anymore. I’m worried my supply isn’t as good as before. My breast feel soft and not full of milk if that makes sense. Is this normal?

I EBF my almost 12 week old daughter, had an emergency c section. I'm having cramps but not yet had my period. I'm wondering if anyone who EBF and had a c section has had theirs yet?
I exclusively breastfeed my daughter and I've noticed for a while now she stares into my eyes while feeding. What does this mean?
I just had baby no 2 (he is 1.5 months). I am considering ttc’ing baby no 3 (our last) soon (when baby 2 is 3months). I am 35yo so I can’t wait too long. Is it easy to conceive when breastfeeding? Any experiences with getting pregnant within 1y of giving birth?
Hi girls I am 3 weeks pp and having a hard time breastfeeding. Been to many breastfeeding support sessions in my area and the NHS lactation consultants are great advice and we managed to latch my baby great. However, back home, for every time he will latch well, 10 times will be shallow latches that hurt my nipples...
My 4 month old sometimes does this while she is feeding, is this normal? My other little girl never did this.
One thing I don’t understand. My baby girl is on trial for cmpa. I’m combination feeding her. before the HV said I don’t have to go dairy free as very little milk protein gets into my milk but she prescribed Althèra sma cmpa milk. But now because my baby girl symptoms not improving the dietitian said I have to go da...
Hi all, I’ve breastfed my little boy since birth. He’s now 20 months old. Iam really struggling to get him off the boob :( he only has boob for nap times & for bedtime as that’s the only way he’ll settle and drift off. As much as I’ve loved breastfeeding I really feel it needs to come to an end, I want my body back ...
For the past 2 or so days now my 2 week old has been so unsettled. She's started to pull her head back whilst feeding, pulling my nipple with her and squirming/crying whilst she does it. Then after she's finished she just doesn't seem happy at all, offer her the other boob and she's still the same. She was just pass...
