Has anyone used liquid gold supplement to increase breast milk supply? If yes, does it work? And when did they see the results? Also did anyone experience any side effects? Thank you

So I've been told that for one drink, I'd have to pump then have my drink, then throw the next pumped milk away. How does it work when I want to have a weekend away with my hubby and have good nights where I get a little ratchet? 😅

My 13 month old drinks water out of a straw sippy cup, but has her milk in a bottle still. What sippy cup do you recommend that she uses for her milk?
