This morning he woke up at 7 am, which is quite late for him and still by 9 he is rubbing his eyes and whingeing. In the afternoon he can stay awake for around 4 hours it’s just the mornings he struggles with!!

My boy recently started having split nights, it seems he will only sleep for 5 hours at a time. He goes to bed at 7pm then wakes up at 12am and won't go back to sleep until around 1.30/2am. Then wakes for the day at 7am. Anyone else had this? Is there anything I can do?

Hey everyone, I had my first period last month, I have been EBF my baby since she was born, she is 8 months now and she’s started showing an interest in food and having formula. I’m 2 days “late” this month but I’ve heard periods might not necessarily be regular whilst breast feeding.. is this normal?

My 7 month old has started waking more - particularly pre midnight - and I think she’s just overtired. We’ll get 2-3 naps a day but never totalling more than 1.5 hours (I read some people have that in just one nap). Online it says to resettle after a nap but she wakes up so awake it’s near impossible. Can anyone recommend a good monitor? I haven’t had to use one yet but looking for one I can start to use at home and also for going on holiday. I have the owlet one but want one with a separate monitor ideally! They seem to range so much in price so no idea which is best! Xx
