What time is everyone’s baby waking up? Mine wakes up at 2 am and then it’s a fight to get her any more sleep. I can usually get her some scattered sleep until 5 am and then it becomes basically impossible. (She’s getting 3.5 - 5 hrs of nap sleep and bedtime is between 7:30 and 8 pm)

For those of you who are not FTMs, people have said to me since newborn stage, that it never gets easier. Surely that’s not the case? It just makes you feel when you’re struggling that it’ll never end and that’s not good on my mental health so was wondering what your take on things is?
What are your best constipation tips for a seven month old? We have lactulose and do the bike legs etc. nothing has helped yet and also I’m not sure why they give lactulose when poops are runny? She’s started weaning but doesn’t have much. Thanks!
