Thinking of a cheese board for Christmas and I’m guessing no brie?

So I’m nearly 7 weeks pregnant and I also have a 4 year old boy and since I’ve told people that I’m expecting all I’ve heard is “don’t pick him up”. I know you’re suppsoed to be careful picking up/carrying anything heavy but am I putting my baby at risk by picking him up?

I picked an appropriate sized Picasso tile set for the amount of kids but is this insensitive? Should I find separate gifts for them? I have a small budget at a lot of families to buy for. ($50 per family 5 families)
