Yall, I’ve been a sahm for 3 months and I love every bit of of it. Especially since my son is special needs with all his appointments and ECI therapy, it makes me less anxious to stay home. Girls what do we do on maternity leave once the dad is back at work?

I only have so many ideas for entertaining the little one between feeds 😅 and I’m sure there can’t be much telly left for me to watch either because that’s all that I seem to be doing other than going out for the occasional walk 😂

Is every working parent just working in the evenings?

My kids earliest drop off times at childcare (two different places) are 8am and 8:30am. I have flexible hours but i need to work 8.5 hours a day which used to be 8-4:30. Sick pay affects SMP?

Can anyone tell me if I went on off work due to pregnancy sickness and stress, would my maternity pay be affected? I read something about your qualifying week at work and they look at 8 weeks of pay and if you’re below £123 a week you wouldn’t be eligible for SMP. If I got out on sick pay I’d be on less and I’m wo...
