I’m 4 months PP from c-section and seemed like my belly was going down but now it looks swollen and hurt to touch. Anyone else experience this?

I haven't gotten My sons and he just turned 4 month old a few days ago

Going into 26 hours of contractions every 10-15 mins apart but now they’re getting closer together🤞🏽 I hope this means active labour is near I’m so over this pain and discomfort 😫
