I’m EBF and I’ll eat 3 times a day but I get hungry so quickly after eating and can’t stay full. Really annoying because I’ll pick up junk to snack on for the convenience. Anyone else in a similar position? Any tips on easy snacks?

Anyone else have like insane pain on their actual hole lately? It’s not just “lightning crotch”, it is so much worse. Earlier it went on for like 10 minutes straight and the pain was so bad I couldn’t move. It will legit feel like baby’s trying to push her head out.
