I accidentally took pepto bismol without knowing it’s not a good idea. I made myself throw up some of it because I’m paranoid. Am I being extra? Has anyone else done the same?

I’m on day 9 of my cycle and still bleeding bright red blood should I go to doctor? Since giving birth and and getting of the deli shot my period has been wonky but I’m not sure why I’m still bleeding on day 9 my normal period is 6-7 days.
