My husband keeps telling me take it easy as my nesting mode is on full mode now. We have a toddler too so yes I’m exhausted but I feel like there’s so much to do, I’m almost 38 weeks and he’s working so a lot of it is left with me even though he says he will do things they don’t get done so I know I have to do them ...
What’s everyone’s toddlers fav toys rn? Making a Christmas/birthday list for my son to send out to family and trying to pick things that aren’t a million pieces + will keep him entertained for a bit. He’s not one of those babies that can play with something for an hour, he gets bored with toys quick and on to the ne...
My son has had a cold for 2 weeks, doctor said he’s fine however he will not eat and it’s driving me to insanity. Is this the start of a picky eater?!
Kind of just a rant but my god my house is a tip. We had a busy morning but now I have all afternoon to do nothing but tidy and clean (we have guests coming for the whole day tomorrow) and I can hardly get one thing done before I need to tend to the baby again! She will go on her play mat for maybe 10 minutes, in th...
What are you getting your 3 year olds for Christmas, don’t want to go crazy but any ideas welcome! I was thinking a tablet or yoto/tonies x
So, my daughter has come to learn she likes sitting up, and she's gotten pretty good at it, but she still needs some support. Whenever I'm eating she always decides she wants to sit up, so I put her in her high chair and put some toys on the tray. Well now she's grabbing one toy, playing with it for a bit, then toss...
This might be a stupid question but say you pay for nursery 7am-6pm every day, do you have drop off and pick up at that time or when suits you? Say I finish work at lunch can I just go and pick him up? 😂😂 (He hasn’t started yet)
So I'm 31 weeks pregnant today, and have been told by my midwife he will likely be here around the 37 week mark, meaning I've only got about 6 weeks left... I still feel like I have so much left to do, and cannot seem to get myself organised. I've still got loads of washing to do, pack my hospital bag, get a few mor...
Hey my 7 month old is teething and doesn’t eat purées very well he wants to play with the food and doesn’t want to eat any hardly and when I try spoon feeding him he turns his head away but he does have a few melty sticks during the day. Anyone else going through teething and weaning? Not a good combo!
Do I allow him to chew? What’s safe to chew on. I’m so confused we werent (as kids) allowed to do none of this so telling him it’s okay is kinda hard so I guess I need to find things he can use to help? Recommendations he never when licked or chewed like this when he was a baby he’s 2 now 😭
My little girl is 6.5 months and a HUGE foodie. We do one puree meal a day and BLW the other 2 meals. I'm running out of ideas for food and am getting bored of preparing 10 meals a day. I'm a vegetarian and my partner isn't, our little girl will be eating meat when she's a bit more confident. Any meal suggestions wo...
So my son just turned 10 months old. He has NO teeth yet. And I’m really struggling on what to feed him. He eats eggs, mushed broccoli, mashed potatoes and sweat peas mushed. He’s my first baby and my only baby so im trying to get passed with being scared of him choking and start giving him actually food so he’ll be...
Hi everyone. I’m sorry this is so childish and shocked I am writing this. Is anyone else experiencing school mums clique drama yet? Unfortunately i’ve now become the target for it at the moment. I’m not one to be bitchy/catty AT ALL and dont get involved in those antics. Unfortunately one of the mum’s i thought we w...
Kind of a random one but what did everyone eat before their induction 🤣🙈
Anybody else feeling guilty about not taking their baby to any sensory classes ? My 5 month old just doesn’t seem to be a fan, it can be more stress than it’s worth !!
5.5 yo boy, dry in the day since 3 but still wees twice in his sleep overnight. Hardly drinks in the evening, just isn't dry! I understand it's a hormone thing, still wish his body holds wee or at least tell me. Can you share if you ever actually 'trained' yours?
Can I apply for a child's passport 3 months before expiry or go on holiday with 2 months left?? (Expires early Feb)
Before I had my baby, my sister and her partner always used to visit us and stay until around midnight. When my baby was born, they did this and it really unsettled baby. Now she has messaged to ask if we’re free Friday evening at around 7pm, which is quite late. I am trying to get baby into a good routine (he is ...
My boy is nearly 17 months old and the last few weeks of feeding have been horrible. He will not eat for me anymore unless it’s plain pasta, toast or weetabix. i can get some fruit into him every so often but every day he changes his mind. Any one gone through this and come out the other side or have any tips? He...
So he is already 1yo and still on formula. Fruit for breakfast a lot of snacks during the day. But if I put him lunch or dinner he wont eat any. He only wants a bottle. What can I do?
