Tiny moan

My husband keeps telling me take it easy as my nesting mode is on full mode now. We have a toddler too so yes I’m exhausted but I feel like there’s so much to do, I’m almost 38 weeks and he’s working so a lot of it is left with me even though he says he will do things they don’t get done so I know I have to do them ...

Toddler toys

What’s everyone’s toddlers fav toys rn? Making a Christmas/birthday list for my son to send out to family and trying to pick things that aren’t a million pieces + will keep him entertained for a bit. He’s not one of those babies that can play with something for an hour, he gets bored with toys quick and on to the ne...

Kind of just a rant but my god my house is a tip. We had a busy morning but now I have all afternoon to do nothing but tidy and clean (we have guests coming for the whole day tomorrow) and I can hardly get one thing done before I need to tend to the baby again! She will go on her play mat for maybe 10 minutes, in th...

How do I keep the toys on the tray?

So, my daughter has come to learn she likes sitting up, and she's gotten pretty good at it, but she still needs some support. Whenever I'm eating she always decides she wants to sit up, so I put her in her high chair and put some toys on the tray. Well now she's grabbing one toy, playing with it for a bit, then toss...

This might be a stupid question but say you pay for nursery 7am-6pm every day, do you have drop off and pick up at that time or when suits you? Say I finish work at lunch can I just go and pick him up? 😂😂 (He hasn’t started yet)

Super overwhelmed

So I'm 31 weeks pregnant today, and have been told by my midwife he will likely be here around the 37 week mark, meaning I've only got about 6 weeks left... I still feel like I have so much left to do, and cannot seem to get myself organised. I've still got loads of washing to do, pack my hospital bag, get a few mor...

I'm a vegetarian and my partner isn't, our little girl will be eating meat when she's a bit more confident. Any meal suggestions wo...

Bedwetting / night time toilet training

5.5 yo boy, dry in the day since 3 but still wees twice in his sleep overnight. Hardly drinks in the evening, just isn't dry! I understand it's a hormone thing, still wish his body holds wee or at least tell me. Can you share if you ever actually 'trained' yours?

Late Visitors

Before I had my baby, my sister and her partner always used to visit us and stay until around midnight. When my baby was born, they did this and it really unsettled baby. Now she has messaged to ask if we’re free Friday evening at around 7pm, which is quite late. I am trying to get baby into a good routine (he is ...
