8 month old eating

My 8 month old is a nightmare to feed and dont understand why as she takes her bottles no problem. Breakfast isnt bad but I think thats because shes so hungry after going 12 hours without food. Lunchtime is touch and go at the moment anyway we havent found things that she likes and are able to chew and swallow. Tea ...

Please tell me my child is not the only one that basically doesn’t eat any solids!?

She won’t let me spoon feed her or attempt to do it herself. Same with the dipping spoons. She plays with finger foods but hardly ever puts them to her mouth. The only things she goes for are strawberries and melty puffs! I’m sure the only answer is to persevere but I thought we’d be doing better than this six week...

I’m literally at my wits end, my little one is 16 months old, he will not eat anything at lunch or dinner. He always finishes his weetabix in the morning but everything for lunch he throws on the floor and at dinner time he kicks off in the high chair, refuses to eat anything (even his yogurt) and if anything goes i...

Whether it’s puree, finger food, he turns his head and grizzles! He refuses to open his mouth, now and again will try things like yoghurt but nothing e...

Food

Is anyone else’s baby still heavily reliant upon their milk? My little one is such a fussy eater and I’m concerned that come one when we are supposed to stop the formula he’s going to be so hungry. I’ve tried everything but he just throws his food around and doesn’t eat it!?

Honey!!!

I’m aware babies can’t have honey, but just curious if that also applies to honey glazes? We’re having a honey glazed gammon for dinner as part of a roast and just wondering if my 14 month old can have this as well? Or should we stick to the veg for her? Thanks :)

Advice please?!?

Looking for some advice. My LO will be 9 months on the 11th November. He loves purée fruit, yogurt, mashed fruit, rusks mixed with a bit of milk, then thinks like snack a jack type things. But will not eat anything else. I’ve tried scrambled and fried eggs, purée food like meat and veg, the 7+ month Ella’s kitchen p...

Sardines, avocado mix 9.5 months

Tried the whole sardine fillets as finger food like it says on solid starts app. But they’re super dry and not great on their own aren’t they 😬 In end mixed with mashed avocado and mayo (think ideally would have used plain yoghurt but haven’t got any). Is this okay as a meal would you say?

Stuck with the same food everyday

My LO is currently refusing food unless it's 2 particular things (chickpea puree with couscous for lunch and potato, leek and cheese for dinner) if I even try to give her something remotely different she'll spit it out and refuse to eat. Anyone else experiencing something similar to this? How do I get out of the ser...

Not Eating

My son for the last few weeks just isn’t eating anything unless it’s yogurts or jam on toast. Won’t eat any lunch and dinner is a big struggle, won’t eat anything at all, has always refused pasta, rice, and veg unless it’s sweetcorn but now won’t even eat that. I’m struggling to get him to eat any food at all. I cry...

Refusing to eat!

Hi everyone. My LO has a cold/ bad chest atm. She seems to be unwell often due to being in nursery. However this time she will not eat a thing. Were on day 3 of refusing EVERYTHING.
