How much does your little one eat. Mines 4 months and he eats 8 oz already. I try to get him to eat every 4hours but it's sometime 2 maybe 3 hours after eating. Is that okay. I just don't want an overweight baby

Just starting our blw journey I've been a bit remiss with foods as he won't chew / swallow and won't let me spoon feed him anything so he's basically lived on toast and cucumber up to now. Gave him some steak. He loved that - chewed on it for ages. Either a fantastic teether or he just loved the flavour

My baby has been BLW since they were 6 mo. Recently, they refuse to eat solids with their hands and will only be fed by spoon. We have to cut up food so we can spoon feed.
