Reflux

I'm at my wits end with my baby's reflux!!!! He's just turned 3 months on the 22nd. He's on half tablet of omeprazole and on anti reflux Aptamil formula. He's burped during the feed and after the feed. I make sure he drinks his bottle in an upright position. He had better days than others but he was doing so well r...

Can’t get baby to burp

Hello! I have been trouble getting my two week old to burp at all after feeds. I’ve tried every position I see online and no luck. She’s in pain with gas and I can’t seem to get it out for her. Any advice? I’ve tried over the shoulder, on my knee, football style, patting, rubbing, bouncing, walking around, moving he...

So. Many. Poos!!!!

Worse than newborn days. My baby is pooing like 6 times a day and once overnight as well 😭 So sick of dirty nappies especially when its a fight now. They are ‘normal’ so its not even constipation or illness. Shes not even eating that much extra food I dont think??

Health Visitor

In my last pregnancy in 2022, a health visitor came to visit my home to talk about safe sleep etc but I haven’t received a letter for a visit this time. Does anyone know if they still do this? I’m just a bit concerned as I’m 33 weeks and I’ve not had a letter yet. Has anyone else had one? 😯

Feeding blister

My LO has constantly had a top lip blister since he was born. It would fall off normally and come back but for the last few weeks he's had the same one. He's still feeding ok but is that normal?

Silent reflux?

Doesnt happen all the time but my little one is 8 weeks and occasionally will make a chewing face in his sleep then he almost goes to gag and makes a face almost from a bad taste. Could this be silent reflux? He doesn't ever spit up really but seems fairly wriggly and often uncomfortable after feeds.

Reflux???

My 2 week old in the last few days has started bringing up abit of milk/sick 5 minutes or so after a feed. It’s not masses, and other than a few minutes of fussing before he throws up he’s a very happy and content baby. Other than sitting him up after feeding, and trying to slow his feeds, is there anything I can do...

when to call 111

My boy hasn’t pooped since Wednesday. It’s very rare that he gets constipated. In fact only his second time and the first only lasted 24 hours. He is really in a lot of pain. Screaming, bright red in the face. His farts smell like literally rotting eggs. I’ve tried absolutely everything and nothing is working and I’...

Vaccinations

So I don’t give my toddler the Covid or flu vaccine. I don’t get the flu vaccine for myself and I got the Covid once when I was mandated for my job in the medical field. My kids are mandated to have vaccines for daycare but the flu and Covid are not Mandatory. The pediatricians office has had me sign refusal paper...

Making herself sick

It seems to be one thing after another, My 11 month old lg is making herself sick when she eats. There's nothing wrong with her except teething. But it seems she puts it on her tongue and then does a gag reflex making herself sick. It's not with everything, she eats a yoghurt and fruit fine but other types of food...

Reflux babies.

My baby has always had reflux and is on anti reflux milk which has helped a lot. She barely gets sick anymore except from what the average baby does from time to time. She’s always held up for 20 minutes after her last bottle before bed and during the day she is either held up, put in her bouncy chair or pram after ...

Baby not drinking bottles

Hi mummy’s! So my LG is 7 months old and on Thursday night I woke up and she was choking on her sick (very traumatising and she was completely fine once I sat her up and patted her back) and she was sick a couple of times after. Friday she had 2 diarrhoea (water) nappies and hasn’t been ‘sick’ more like refluxy spi...
