Do we need to sterilise things such as baby spoons since they are coming in contact with baby’s mouth as googles saying no but surely it’s the same as teething toys etc and need to be sterile?

Are you giving cow milk or have you switched to stage 3 formula? My baby is a fussy eater and we rely on milk quite a lot. He drinks 3 full bottles (600- 700 ml)per day but I heard that you cannot give more than 400ml of cow milk per day so I'm a bit unsure about the switch and was thinking to continue on stage 3.
