Is anyone else’s toddler being extremely whingey and emotional and difficult? It’s like she’s been possessed by a horrible demon!! Lasted two weeks so far, also crying when I put her down for a nap or bedtime (never done it before and was sleeping over 2 hours at nap) Please tell me it’s going to get better?!!!

Temper tantrums! 🤣

Does anyone else have a baby who is absolutely determined to do everything, but all they're capable of doing is rolling around? My little girl keeps getting incredibly frustrated because she can't crawl yet, or sit herself up, or pull herself to a standing position. She ends up getting really frustrated and having...

No words yet

I was wondering if anyone else’s child has no words yet (not even mama or dada)? My little boy understands plenty, follows instructions and points. I’ve contacted speech and language and they’ve said they wouldn’t see him until 18 months but feel like every month that’s going past I expect him to start speaking and ...

Hitting

My little girl has started hitting me or anyone for that matter when she’s annoyed or in a bad mood. She is 16months so I’m unsure if she’s still that little bit too young to be giving into trouble yet! But she goes directly for ur face and will try again if she misses🙈 How would you go about trying to stop this…

What age did you give your little one’s toddler duvets and a pillow?

For reference, my son just turned 1 years old. We play peek-a-boo all the time so he knows how to pull blankets/duvets from over his head and is waking up frequently because he’s cold. He usually kicks blankets down to the bottom of his cot when he gets too warm, but just genuinely wondering when is a safe time for ...

Tips for loud GSD

I have to get up at 5:30 to walk/run with my GSD, but in true GSD fashion, she’s loud. She gets super excited to go out, and now that she’s familiar with the routine, I can’t seem to get her out the house without waking my toddler. Any tips?

Is it normal if they neglect one set of milestones in favor of the other?

My son is an excellent walker, after looking at milestones I realized he meets all not only for this age but even older ages, in fact he is on the level of a 2 year old who is somewhat below average but still doing ok. But not only does he have no words yet, he's also not super interested in communication. He gets s...

No babble/late babbling

My son is 9 months and still does not babble. I have tried having conversations with him but he only makes eye contact with me when I sing him songs and sometimes when I call his name. He is always preoccupied with his environment. I am worried about his development. He was born at 36 weeks

Toddler Tantrum Advice

I desperately need advice on how other moms handle their two year old tantrums. Anytime my son doesn’t get exactly what he wants he throws a tantrum and screams and cry’s. My partner said he’s parents used to just let him cry it out until he was too tired to cry anymore, my parents say he’s just a toddler give him ...

Speech therapy, is my Child behind?

So my son is almost 2 of course and he is an only child who stays home with my mother n law during the week so my husband and I can work (he’s not around kids). My child says maybe 25-30 words. I think he’s supposed to know 50-300 words at the age of 2. I’m thinking of getting him evaluated for a speech delay. Any ...

Slowly losing my mind from toddler constantly repeating herself!!!

Y’all I know it’s normal for toddlers to repeat themselves but my almost 2 year sounds like a broken record and it’s literally driving me crazy!! It gets so bad to the point where I get so overstimulated that I yell back at her. I know it’s just part of development and I’m happy she’s learning so many new words but ...
