Maternity Allowance

I’m filling out the form and am so confused, anyone filled the form in? I left my job in July, partly because of the pregnancy and partly because my job was quite stressful. When finding a partner (dating, engaged or married): is having the same RELIGIOUS and/or POLITICAL stance important

Please, don’t tell us your specific religion you follow, if any. And keep your political opinions and side to yourself. We have had enough political conversations these last 3 months
