Does anyone have any recommendations on online workouts programs? Something that includes strength, some cardio and perhaps some pilates. I used to do triathlons and I’m pretty confident with gym movements but I’m missing a safe structure plan at the moment! Thank you!

Chicken ramen. Chicken roasted in paprika, tumeric and garlic. Broth made with chicken bone broth and a small dash of dark soy sauce. I know the egg looks like the yolk is runny but it isn’t! It was just a really golden egg yolk and strong kitchen lights I promise 😅
