Mummy time…

Hi all, does anyone know any classes like Zumba, keep fit or just something us mums could have an hour to get up and go to? I’ve definitely lost myself 2nd time round and I need to get my self back on my feet and start getting back out. I’m happy to drive so anywhere around Leicester would be helpful xx

Honey garlic chicken

Delicious and really easy to prepare and I served over style fried rice for a quick meal. My husband and picky kids loved that. Definitely making it again!

Ramen for baby! 🍜

It was freezing here today, so I made us all a chicken ramen. Gave my son his portion separated. He needs to learn how to slurp the noodles 😂 it took a while to eat but he loved it!

Exercise

What (if any) exercise are people doing? My midwife asked and turned her nose up when I said I go walking every day for an hour 😅. Personally I think it’s better than nothing but she didn’t seem to think the same!

Pregnancy vitamins

I was taking pregnacare, however my nausea is really bad too the point taking them make me heave and sometimes be sick, I was just wondering if there’s different ones I can take that are maybe smaller or gummies instead of a tablet type one?? If anyone has any recommendations I will be forever grateful 🥰❤️
