Contraception methods

Hi! It always puzzled me as to why so many questions arise around contraception methods and women keep avoiding condoms as one of the most reliable options not only for unwanted pregnancy but also as STD prevention. Can you talk to me about this? Why? Personally I love condoms for being reliable, fun and easy to u...

How do you handle public toilet situations when potty training? Do you guys bring lysol wipes, your own toilet paper and toilet covers? I’m so freaked out by public toilets so just wondering what other moms are doing.

I am so careful when I use public restrooms, I’ll wipe the toilet first with toilet paper then lay a bunch of TP down on the seat and in the toilet bowl so there’s no splash back & then I hover if possible and flush using my foot or hand covered in toilet paper instead of touching it. I also use anything else as a b...

I’m 4 weeks postpartum and really don’t want to start taking any contraception but I know I will have too as I don’t want another baby for a long time. I was on the pill when I was yo...

Previously had the implant and had to get it removed due to affecting my mental health, had the pill as a teenager but don’t trust myself to remember to take it. Birth Control

Hi ladies, I was wondering what other moms use for birth control?! My gyno is pushing the IUD hard. It's either that or a pill that's 150 a month. I have had a tubal ligation, but my uterus lining grows into my muscle wall, so it's super painful. I do NOT want the IUD.

Birth control!

Hello! I am wondering what people think about birth control, specifically IUDs. My sister is getting married and doesn’t want to use an IUD because she feels that on rare instances they can cause an abortion (IUD thins uterine lining making it I hospitable for an embryo in the rare chance the IUD doesn’t prevent fer...

Uhmm... Lochia still present, 7 weeks PP

Hi. I still have lochia, 7 weeks PP. It's not too much but I don't like the smell. Even after I shower, it has a smell which affects intimacy with my partner. Is this ok? I don't think it's an infection.
